I was born in South Indian city- Chennai, India, I grew up as photo enthusiast. My first feel of holding the camera started at the age of 16 years in 1983 with a simple ‘point-and -shoot camera’ of 110mm format- gifted by one of my brother Swaminathan Kilnagar. My father who had his specialty as amateur photographer with his Agfa camera was my first teacher guiding me on viewfinder parallax corrections. Ever since that time, I always had a camera in my hand.
I enjoy landscape photography, wildlife photography, nature photography, event photography, and model & fashion photography.
With love and encouragement of my wife Chitra I always venture in to new techniques and subjects. We are blessed with two kids Avaneesh and Smruthi !!
My interest in photography shifted to overdrive by my eldest brother/ mentor – Rajasekaran- and my sister-in-law (Thara Rajasekaran) suggested me in getting professional training from a local training institution. I had an excellent teacher who imparted a wealth of knowledge and techniques in Advance level Photography – in specific on night and low light photography. I thank them all – I started capturing the beauties and moments of life at a top gear.
